Carbon
Window Tint

A clean matte finish with real heat rejection. A step above basic tint without the premium price of ceramic. Serving Five Forks, Simpsonville, and all of Upstate SC.

More than dark glass — real performance

Carbon window tint uses carbon particles embedded in the film to block heat and UV without relying on dye. Unlike cheap dyed films that fade and turn purple over time, carbon film stays stable — holding its color and performance year after year.

What sets it apart is the stability. Carbon film holds its performance year after year — no fading, no color shift, no purple tinge creeping in like you see with cheap dyed film.

Every install is done by Jordan personally at our Five Forks shop. Same quality whether you're tinting a daily driver or a show car.

How does it compare?

A lot of cheap tint jobs use basic dyed film — it looks fine at first and costs less, but the performance gap is significant. Here's the full picture so you can see exactly what you're paying for at each level.

UV Block

Carbon film blocks a high percentage of UV rays — protecting your skin and slowing interior fade over time.

Heat Rejection

Carbon particles actively block infrared heat — noticeably cooler interior vs. basic dyed tint.

No Color Fade

Carbon film doesn't fade or shift color over time — no purple haze, no streaking, no embarrassing film failure.

Lifetime Warranty

Every carbon tint install is backed for life. Bubbles, peeling, color shift — we fix it at no charge.

Signal Safe

No metal in the film means zero interference with your cell signal, GPS, or toll transponder.

Owner Installed

Jordan does every carbon install personally — clean edges, no bubbles, no rushing.

Carbon Tint FAQ

Answers before you book.

Standard dyed tint blocks some light but does very little for heat. Carbon film actually rejects heat and doesn't fade or go purple over time. It's a meaningful upgrade in both performance and longevity.
Ceramic outperforms carbon on heat rejection and UV blocking. If you want the absolute best, ceramic is the move. But carbon is no slouch — most drivers are genuinely happy with the results. Not sure? Call us and we'll talk through your situation.
No. Carbon film doesn't contain metal, so it won't block cell signals, GPS, radar detectors, or toll transponders. It's signal-transparent.
Carbon film is very stable and holds up well for many years. All our Hitek carbon installs come with a lifetime warranty — if it ever bubbles, peels, or changes color, we take care of it at no cost.
