Windshield
Tint

Cut the glare your visor can't reach. Sun strip or full windshield — installed clean, backed for life. Serving Five Forks, Simpsonville, and all of Upstate SC.

The sun hits angles your visor can't cover

Morning and evening drives in SC can be brutal. The sun sits at a low angle that hits you straight in the eyes — exactly where your visor doesn't reach. A sun strip targets that exact zone, cutting the glare without touching your main line of sight.

Full windshield film takes it further — covering the entire glass for maximum UV protection and heat reduction from top to bottom. Less heat buildup, better protection for your interior, and a cooler car all around.

Every windshield install is done by Jordan at our Five Forks shop, trimmed precisely to your glass and installed bubble-free.

Sun strip or full windshield?

Most Popular

Sun Strip

Tinted film across the top of the windshield, above the AS-1 line. Any shade available. Handles the low-angle glare your visor misses on morning and evening drives.

Full Coverage

Full Windshield

Film across the entire windshield for maximum UV protection and heat reduction. Light enough that your visibility stays fully intact — most drivers barely notice the difference.

Glare Reduction

Cuts the blinding low-angle sun that hits you during morning and evening commutes on Upstate SC roads.

UV Protection

Blocks UV rays coming through the windshield — protecting your skin and preventing dashboard and interior fade.

Precision Trim

Every windshield install is cut precisely to your glass — clean edges, no lifting, no gaps at the border.

Lifetime Warranty

Backed for life against bubbles, peeling, and discoloration. Same warranty as our side and rear window installs.

Clear Visibility

Both options are installed light enough that your forward view and night driving are completely unaffected.

Owner Installed

Jordan does every windshield install personally — precisely trimmed, no bubbles, no amateur edges.

Windshield Tint FAQ

The most common questions about windshield film in SC.

The windshield sun strip — tint applied above the AS-1 line — is fully legal in South Carolina with no VLT minimum, meaning any shade goes. Have questions about what's right for your situation? Just ask us when you call.
A sun strip covers the top portion of the windshield above the AS-1 line — right where low-angle morning and evening sun hits you at eye level. Full windshield film covers the entire glass for more heat rejection and UV protection across the whole surface. We offer both — just ask which makes more sense for your vehicle when you reach out.
No. A sun strip sits above your forward sightline, so it doesn't affect how you see the road. Full windshield film is installed at lighter VLT levels that most drivers find barely noticeable in terms of darkness — day or night.
You can absolutely do just the windshield — or any combination of windows. Some customers have us do just a sun strip, others come in for a full car plus windshield. We'll quote you on exactly what you want, no upselling pressure.
